Processing Time

Each order is packed with care and shipped from our studio within 2–3 business days of purchase.
During launches or special promotions, please allow a few extra days while we prepare your pieces.

Shipping Rates + Timeframes

We offer economy, standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–8 business days once shipped.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your Joey Beach pieces from our studio to your doorstep.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We’re not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to help locate your order.

Preorders

If your item is marked as preorder, the estimated ship date will be noted on the product page.
Your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available — and we’ll keep you updated along the way.
